• Can I draw my own plays? Record coaching moments?

  Absolutely!

  Every coaching portfolio includes a 1 year license to Luceo's teaching tools for coaches. This means you can draw animations, upload more videos and pdfs, record coaching moments, use the whiteboard and more!

  *Future license renewals cost $180/year.

• How long does it take?

  Full transparency - this can vary due to what you send us and what our current backlog is. That said, it will never take more than two weeks from when we receive your material.

• How do I send you my stuff?

  After completing your purchase you will be taken to a getting started webpage. You will also be sent an email with a link to this page.

  The getting started webpage has a set of instructions, and a few UPLOAD buttons where you can upload PDFs, word docs, images, and video clips for our team.

• Can I change things after you're done?

  Absolutely!

  Your Luceo software license means that you can edit, re-organize, and even add more material to your portfolio on your own - at any time.

• Can my players and coaches access this?

  This is your personal coaching portfolio, meant to be yours throughout your career, no matter where you are coaching.

  You can sign up for a team package at anytime, which starts at 25 users and unlocks a bunch of team-related features. You can move some or all of your portfolio into your team library, and vice-versa.

• I get Luceo from my coaching association. Do I need to renew?

  It depends on how big your portfolio is. Your coaching association portfolio license includes up to 100mb of active storage.

  If your portfolio is below that, then you won't have a renewal fee. If you need more storage, then next year your portfolio will be upgraded to the professional license for $180/yr.
